Information we collect
- Information you provide. Your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order/subscription details when you register, place an order, manage a subscription, contact support, or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe; recurring‑billing card details for subscriptions are stored as tokens by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers — card data is transmitted directly from your browser to the payment processor.
- Automatically collected information. Your IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages viewed, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, maintain your cart and login session, measure performance, and support advertising.
- Referral/attribution data. If you arrive through a sales‑agent or affiliate referral link, we store a referral code in a cookie so we can attribute your order and pay the referring agent.
- Reviews. Product reviews you submit, and reviews syndicated from third‑party retailers (e.g., Amazon).
How we use your information
- To process and fulfill orders and subscriptions, and to provide customer service.
- To send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, renewal and payment notices) and, where you have not opted out, promotional email.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function (cart, checkout, login), as well as analytics and advertising technologies. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and conversions API, which share certain device and activity identifiers (such as cookie identifiers, IP address, and approximate location) with Meta to measure and optimize advertising. Under some US state privacy laws this sharing may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information, which you can opt out of (see "Your privacy rights" below). We do not share information that directly identifies you (such as your name) through our advertising program.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, with service providers acting on our behalf, including: payment processors (Stripe), email/SMTP and CRM providers, shipping and fulfillment providers, advertising and analytics vendors, and our hosting/infrastructure providers. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Information is transmitted over encrypted (TLS/HTTPS) connections, and payment card data is handled by PCI‑DSS‑compliant payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Email choices and opt‑out
You can unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the link in any marketing message, from your account preferences, or by emailing customerservice@mdr.com. We will still send you transactional messages related to your orders and subscriptions.
Accessing, correcting, or deleting your information

Children's privacy
Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
