If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your MDR purchase, return any unused portion within 90 days for a full refund of the product price (less original shipping). No questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Call us at 1-800-637-8227 or email support@mdr.com within 90 days of receipt.
- We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and send return instructions.
- Ship the product back with the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Once received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. The 90-day guarantee applies to each individual shipment.
