These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and MDR Fitness Corporation (“MDR,” “we,” “our”) and govern your use of mdr.com and any related sites or services we operate (collectively, the “Site”).
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By placing an order or creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, or shipping restrictions. Prices, taxes, and shipping charges shown at checkout are payable in full at the time of purchase unless you have selected an installment or Subscribe & Save option.
3. Subscribe & Save
Subscribe & Save orders bill on a recurring basis at the cadence shown on the product page (typically monthly). You can skip, pause, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Recurring charges continue until you cancel; we do not pro-rate partial periods.
4. Sixty-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with an MDR product, return any unused portion within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the product price (less original shipping). See the refund policy and shipping & returns pages for the full process.
5. Health and safety
MDR products are dietary supplements. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to your physician before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site’s security; (c) reverse-engineer or scrape any portion of the Site beyond what a normal browser fetches; or (d) infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property rights.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and product names, is owned by MDR or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may print or save portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference; any other use requires our written consent.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and the products sold on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MDR’s total liability arising out of or related to the Site or any product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
