The actives

Vitamin C (as Liposomal Pureway-C), 250 mg (278% DV)
A proprietary blend of ascorbic acid, sunflower lecithin, fatty acids, and citrus bioflavonoids. The liposomal form supports higher retention than standard ascorbic acid.*
Vitamin K2 (as All-Trans Menaquinone-7, K2VITAL), 60 mcg (50% DV)
MK-7 form of vitamin K2, the form best studied for vascular and bone support.*
Niacin (as Niacinamide), 5 mg NE (31% DV)
The amide form of vitamin B3, a precursor in NAD+ pathways that support everyday cellular energy production.*
Mito-C Proprietary Blend, 190 mg
Alpha lipoic acid, acetyl-L-carnitine (from acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis leaf, standardized to a minimum of 50% EGCG), quercetin dihydrate (from Sophora japonica bud extract), citrus bioflavonoids (Citrus sinensis fruit peel), reduced glutathione, and parsley (Petroselinum crispum leaf). A targeted blend that supports the body's antioxidant network and mitochondrial energy production.*
Other ingredients

Why it’s built this way

Inspired by the decades of antioxidant research that put Professor Emeritus Roc Ordman on the map, MDR rebuilt the everyday vitamin C around Pureway-C®, ascorbic acid encased in sunflower-lecithin phospholipids with citrus bioflavonoids. That liposomal form has been studied for retention across both fat- and water-soluble pathways. That is why one small 250 mg capsule can do the work of a far larger plain tablet.

Around that vitamin C, each capsule layers vitamin K2 (MK-7, as K2VITAL®) for vascular and bone support and a targeted 190 mg blend aimed at the mitochondria, the tiny power plants inside every cell. Alpha lipoic acid, acetyl-L-carnitine, green tea EGCG, quercetin, citrus bioflavonoids, glutathione, and parsley work alongside the C to support the body's own antioxidant network and everyday cellular energy. It's caffeine-free, gentle on the stomach, and printed on the panel.
