AM tablet

Taken in the morning. Built around energy-supporting nutrients: a full B-complex (B-1, B-2, B-3 niacin, B-6, B-12, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid) to help convert food into usable energy, vitamin C for daytime antioxidant support, vitamin D-3 and calcium for muscles and bones, plus the trace minerals chromium (as ChromeMate®), zinc, copper, manganese, and iodine. Lycopene (Lyc-O-Mato®) and selenium are included as part of the prostate-support pairing the men's formula is designed around.*

PM tablet

Taken with lunch. Built around afternoon recovery and antioxidant defense: natural vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol, more active than the synthetic dl- form), additional vitamin C to replenish what the body loses through the day, alpha and beta carotene, FloraGlo® lutein and zeaxanthin for eye and skin support, plus the iron, magnesium, and remaining trace minerals that round out a complete daily multivitamin. The split keeps water-soluble vitamins (B-complex and C) replenished twice rather than spiking once and tapering off.*

The morning tablet leads with the B-complex vitamins and minerals the body uses to convert food into energy; the afternoon tablet leads with antioxidants and recovery-oriented nutrients — vitamins C and E, lycopene, selenium, lutein — to support the body through the rest of the day.

Specific nutrients are absorbed in specific parts of the digestive tract, and water-soluble vitamins leave the body within hours. Splitting the dose gives nutrients two passes through their absorption windows and keeps water-soluble vitamin levels steadier than a single once-a-day tablet can.
