I chose this because it has ingredients that I like. I am hoping it will help to address some health concerns. Seems like a decent quality for the price. It has now become my Go-To & is the one I carry around in my purse. It's shorter than, say, a rollerball bottle of IcyHot or BioFreeze, but it's perfect for on the go. It's got a nice cooling sensation, but it's not as strongly freezing cold as some pain products are. It's too soon yet to tell how it will ultimately end up working, but I've had no negative side effects so far. Def Recommended!

Product Overview
Instant Relief Roll-On is MDR's topical analgesic — a clear comfort gel you roll directly onto sore spots. It goes on cool, warms gently as it sets in, and starts working within minutes. No pills, no waiting, no greasy aftermath.
The formula pairs three classic over-the-counter actives — Menthol, Methyl Salicylate, and Camphor — with soothing botanicals like aloe, eucalyptus, and peppermint oil. Together they deliver the familiar warming-then-cooling sensation that signals temporary relief of minor muscle and joint aches.
Designed for the way modern bodies actually move: long days at a desk, weekend workouts, gardening, walks that catch up with you the next morning. The slim roll-on bottle goes on cleanly, dries fast, and fits in a drawer, gym bag, or nightstand.
- Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains of muscles and joints
- Cools on contact, then warms — fast, targeted comfort
- Easy roll-on application: hands stay clean, dose stays even
- Works on back, neck, shoulders, knees, hands and feet
- No pills to swallow, no greasy residue
How to use
- Roll a thin layer of gel directly onto the sore area.
- Massage in gently until absorbed; the gel will cool on contact and then warm.
- Reapply up to 3 to 4 times daily, or as directed by a physician.
For external use only. Do not use on wounds, cuts, or broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water. Do not bandage tightly or apply heat (such as a heating pad) to the treated area. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens, if symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or if redness, rash, or irritation develops. Do not use on children under 12 without first asking a doctor. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children — if swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

What people say.
This pain relief roll-on product by MDR Vital Factors performed as expected. It rolled on smoothly, was clear, and wasn't runny in my opinion. I felt like it mimicked other roll-on pain medications that I have used before. It does have a strong scent that has notes that reminiscent of other topical pain meds but also notes that are different from other topical pain meds. Nothing too crazy though. It did feel like it worked well for muscular pain. I'm a runner so on days were I push myself I will get some aches in my calves and this soothes them. To me, this product doesn't have as strong of a hot/cold feeling to it as other products do but the pain relief seems to be on par with the other products.
Product is awesome. Helped relieve pain in my neck and thumbs so I could sleep through the night. Very pleasant smell and very easy to apply.
