U-Defense was reformulated from MDR's original Pomberry to put cranberry where it belongs — at the center of the formula. Two complementary cranberry extracts, CranBerex® and Exocyan™ Cran 10g, deliver 500 mg of cranberry fruit extract per capsule, both standardized for the proanthocyanidins (PACs) most often studied for urinary tract support.*
Around the cranberry, the formula leans on three more whole-food antioxidants: organic pomegranate extract for polyphenols, organic elderberry juice extract for everyday immune resilience, and organic Ceylon cinnamon bark — a cleaner cinnamon than the cassia commonly found in spice racks.*

- CranBerex® Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton) fruit extract. 250 mg of a 200:1 cranberry fruit extract, standardized to 15% proanthocyanidins. Half of U-Defense's 500 mg cranberry total — paired with Exocyan™ Cran for two complementary PAC profiles.*
- Exocyan™ Cran 10g Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton) fruit extract. 250 mg of cranberry fruit extract standardized to a minimum of 10% proanthocyanidins. Together with CranBerex®, contributes 62.5 mg of total PACs per capsule.*
- Organic Pomegranate extract. 52 mg of organic pomegranate extract standardized to a minimum of 25% polyphenols — a whole-fruit source of antioxidant polyphenols.*
- Organic Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) juice 5:1 extract. 16 mg of concentrated organic elderberry juice extract, a traditional botanical valued for its anthocyanin antioxidants.*
- Organic Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) bark. 8 mg of organic Ceylon cinnamon bark — the low-coumarin variety, distinct from the cassia cinnamon typically sold as a spice.*
- Other ingredients. Cellulose (capsule), dicalcium phosphate, bamboo extract, vegetable magnesium stearate. No artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.
