What’s the recommended use?
- Take one OnGuard capsule daily to support your immune system. Take one in the AM and one in the PM for peace of mind if you are run down or have immune challenges. The moment you suspect you are not feeling well, or have been exposed in public places, you may increase your dosage to 4 capsules per day (one every 6 hours).
Is OnGuard safe to take each day?
- Yes. It should be part of your preventive health supplementation regimen. The biggest advantage of OnGuard is that, unlike a popular herbal immune booster like Echinacea (a ragweed), OnGuard can be taken every day, for long periods – before, during, and after exposure to germs.

If I am on blood thinners, can I take OnGuard?

We have a friend who is 85 years old and has gone through several bouts of cancer and his immune system, as you can imagine is very sensitive and not as strong as he would like it to be.
