We have a friend who is 85 years old and has gone through several bouts of cancer and his immune system, as you can imagine is very sensitive and not as strong as he would like it to be. He has a Caregiver and she ended up giving him a cold. He was very upset! We ran over a bottle of OnGuard to him right away, because he had just gotten the cold the day before we spoke with him. We gave him instruction to take 4 capsules (1 every couple of hours) to get it into his system on the first day and the next day, when we called to ask how he was, he siad the following: " I want to thank you so much!!!
